Scott joined Agsten Construction to run our high-end residential division in September of 2005. He has managed over $14 million in projects in four years. His experience before joining the Agsten team was as foreman and finance manager with a residential renovation company. Scott's background is extensive, including work with architects, contractors, and in real estate sales and appraisals. He has a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami. For Agsten, Scott managed construction of Ridges Lot 77, Ridges Lot 108, Snead Lot 21, Dismas Charities Halfway House, Med Express South Charleston, as well as co-managing the Summit Lodge and Barn Complex.

Kelly has been with Agsten Construction for 7 years and brings a production planning and office administration background with her. Her enthusiasm and strong work ethic complement the Agsten mission statement. Her commitment to customer satisfaction brings results, on-time and on-budget projects.
Sam Hull joined Agsten Construction in 2010. He has more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry. Some of Sam's many accomplishments are: Superintendent over the CAMC Robert C Byrd Clinical Teaching Facility, public service parking garage, electrical courtyard expansion, structural reinforcement concrete work at Riverview in Clendenin, concrete work at the FBI facility on Virginia street, finished Edgewood Summit stage 3, and several renovations including the Spliman Center on the Boulevard.

Lisa Heider - Office Manager
Lisa has been with Agsten Construction since January, 2008. She has a BS in Psychology from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Otterbein College. Lisa's background in sales, marketing, operations and computers make her an asset to Agsten Construction.
